Esferadesk is a collaboration app that helps people communicate, manage tasks, share files, and coordinate work. We allow public account registration, so users can visit the app, create an account, and begin using supported features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

• Account & profile information — details you provide when you sign up, register, or update your profile, such as your name, username, email or phone number, and profile photo.
• Content you create — messages, comments, tasks, posts, files, and other content you share in the app.
• Usage & device information — basic technical data such as device type, app version, and log data needed to operate and secure the service.
• Push notification tokens — a device token used solely to deliver notifications to your device.

With your permission, the app may access your camera, photo library, and microphone so you can take photos, attach files, set a profile picture, and record audio messages. These are used only for the actions you initiate and are never accessed in the background.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the features of the app.
• To deliver messages, tasks, and push notifications you choose to receive.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

To deliver push notifications, the app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service). A device token and the content of the notification are processed to route it to your device. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. Content you share is visible to the people you collaborate with in the app, according to the permissions of that workspace. Information is shared with service providers (such as hosting and push-notification providers) strictly to operate the service.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted through authentication and role-based permissions. While no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you create an account through our public signup flow, you may delete your account from within the app where that option is available, or contact us at the email below to request deletion of your account and associated data. We may retain limited information where required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at the email below and we will assist.

Esferadesk is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
