Privacy Policy

Esferadeskis an internal collaboration platform used by organizations to communicate, manage tasks, share files, and coordinate work. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is provided to members of an organization by that organization (your “employer” or “administrator”).

• Account & profile information — your name, email, role, department, profile photo, and similar details provided by you or your administrator.
• Content you create — messages, comments, tasks, posts, files, and other content you share within your workspace.
• Usage & device information — basic technical data such as device type, app version, and log data needed to operate and secure the service.
• Push notification tokens — a device token used solely to deliver notifications to your device.

With your permission, the app may access your camera, photo library, and microphone so you can take photos, attach files, set a profile picture, and record audio messages. These are used only for the actions you initiate and are never accessed in the background.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the collaboration features of the app.
• To deliver messages, tasks, and push notifications you are entitled to receive.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

To deliver push notifications, the app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service). A device token and the content of the notification are processed to route it to your device. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information. Your workspace content is visible only to authorized members of your organization according to role-based permissions. Information is shared with service providers (such as hosting and push-notification providers) strictly to operate the service, and with your organization's administrators who manage the workspace.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted through authentication and role-based permissions. While no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your information is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Your organization's administrator controls account creation and removal and may request deletion of data in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because accounts are managed by your organization, please direct such requests to your administrator or contact us at the email below and we will assist.

Esferadesk is intended for use by employees and members of an organization and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
